Our latest collection of handmade leather bags
The Autumn is upon us. Although we all revel in the summer sunshine, autumn is one of our favourite times of year here at Beara Beara HQ. We venture out with a backpack a couple of times a week to explore the cities parks with their beautiful colourful trees.
For this season we have launched a collection of bags for those who like to be active. We have focused on simple shapes, using a new thick yet soft leather that we call Grasa. It feels beautiful and has a luxurious matt black finish. Our three sizes of backpacks called the Eva, Morgan and Oscar have gone down a storm and we have no doubt will become a mainstay of our backpack collection. This style doesn’t jump out at you from the screen yet in person has a quality that exudes confidence. At £110, £165 and £280 respectively, even though they are constructed of this expensive leather we have managed to keep the price affordable.
We have also committed to several new designs of satchels. Since opening the store in February we have found a huge demand for our classic satchels so we have added the Peter and Noah to our range. With a slightly more sophisticated look the Peter perfectly compliments the modern working style and comes in medium or large depending on your needs.
The Alex backpack was the bag I had most fun designing. The construction is not easy, however once we perfected it we are glad we made the effort. With the look of a round binocular case it really brings back a classic look with a modern practical twist. If you want to turn heads this is the backpack for you. Oh and the Alex handbag will be available from December. Bear it in mind for a Christmas present at £95!
And last but not least is the Dominic backpack, which I have been using for the past two months and I can honestly say it is the coolest bag we have ever created. I just love the rolltop and as I cycle a lot it is absolutely perfect. I carry my gym gear, my work paperwork and laptop in it most days and expand it out to carry my food shopping on the way home. When rolled out it has a huge capacity, carries A3, 17 inch laptops and is easily big enough to be used for a weekend away. For a very large full leather bag that will be used for many many year I feel its £250 well spent.
We hope you like our new styles and as always feel free to call into the shop to have a look in person if you can.
