We will do our utmost to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that orders placed between the 30th of December and the 3rd of January will be dispatched on the 4th or 5th of January. Please rest assured a tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

EXPORT DELAYS - Taiwan, Singapore etc

Due to ongoing Covid-19 issues there are now many less flights from the UK to various destinations. For this reason the postal service has suspended services from the UK to certain countries such as Taiwan and Singapore. Therefore we will now be sending all orders to these countries by courier service such as DHL or Fedex. We have not increased the shipping fee for this additional service, however please be aware that a lot of countries are experiencing Covid-19 related delays at customs so please expect a few extra days wait until your bag is delivered.

DISPATCH

All orders on our website will be dispatched directly from our UK warehouse. We try to process all orders as quickly as possibly, however please allow up to three working days for your order to be dispatched. Please also add three extra days for embossed orders. If your order is urgent please select Express UK Delivery at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

- UK Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail and will be delivered within 2 working days of being dispatched. Orders can be tracked on www.royalmail.com. - UK EXPRESS Orders will be dispatched the following working day and the package can be tracked at www.dhl.com. - EUROPE Orders will be dispatched with DHL within 3 working days. Import tax may apply, however this depends on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. - WORLDWIDE Orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail, DHL or Trak Pack depending on the destination country and the box size and can be tracked on www.royalmail.com, www.dhl.com or www.trakpack.com. Orders within Europe can expect delivery within approximately 3-5 days and worldwide it will be 5 -10 working days however during these ever changing times and due to limited flights and Covid-19 restrictions there may be delays in various countries. We will send you a tracking code as soon as your order leaves the warehouse however please note that it can take a few hours before the code becomes active. We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING COST

UK - Free Shipping or £5 Express Delivery for all UK orders WORLDWIDE (including Europe) £10 - EXTRA SMALL items such as purses and small handbags. £15 - SMALL satchels, backpacks and medium sized handbags. £20 - MEDIUM sized satchels or backpacks and for large handbags. £30 - LARGE backpack, satchel or holdall. For orders of multiple items you will only be charged the fee for the largest item. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to tell if or how much tax will be charged. For express international delivery or any other options please contact us directly.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Beara Beara, however, if you do decide the item is not to your taste then we will happily exchange it for another item. Returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges of the replacement bag will be the same as with your first purchase (free in UK, £20 internationally). In the event that you do not wish to keep the purchase, a full refund (minus international shipping charge) will be offered. If you wish to return an item please do so using the original packaging within 30 days. We reserve the right not to accept any returns which have been used or do not conform to these conditions. We recommend that you send the item with tracking as items remain your responsibility until safely received by ourselves. We cannot accept responsibility for the cost of return postage or import taxes. Please mark your return as a Return Item and Duty Paid. Please also include your original packing slip or a note specifying your name and/or order number. Once we receive the package we will issue the refund and notify you via email. Please do inform us before returning an item.

Please note that there is a strict no returns policy on all embossed items.

One exception to this rule is the Fiona handbag as the embossing is placed on the leather hangtag. Therefore, we do accept exchanges and refunds of the Fiona however £15 will be deducted for the hangtag which can be kept by the customer.
