Our brand was created in 2012 and we relatively quickly became known for our small handbags. We don't tend to follow trends but we found ourselves very much at the centre of the mini handbag craze.

Over the years we have created many cute handbags with a variety of shapes, materials and accessories. During a brainstorming session recently we concluded that maybe it was time to try something a little bit different and create an oversized bag. Oversized has been a buzz word in fashion for awhile whether it be for jeans, jackets or shirts and we began understanding what this meant to us exactly.

Oversized for us is big. Bigger than you would expect. A little out of proportion or more than would be considered the 'norm'. We decided to go down the route of an oversized tote bag. One that is not cute but purposefully dominant and with presence. A bag that instills confidence in the wearer.

It was fun thinking about all the scenarios we could imagine the bag would be used in. Everything from the professional woman's laptop and paperwork, all the way to the busy Mom's multi-purpose baby bag.

We saw a bag with a structure but that was super flexible and user friendly. It was like Christmas when the first sample arrived to our office, as we were over-the-moon with the results.

The Judi is a bag you pick up every day without thinking. It's a no stress, make your life easy bag. It's a bag where you don't have to think about style. Jeans and trainers for walking the dog, sure the Judi works, smart for a work meeting, sure the Judi works.
